Lilly saw the pink sleeping beauty dress up in the store complete with shoes and didn't waste a minute putting it on... and eating in it, and sleeping in it, walking to the mailbox in it, and all the while I was subject to the 'clank clank clank' of the plastic high heel pumps 5 sizes to big flip flopping. There was also a Snow White dress up ensemble and for the second time EVER-- she came to me and communicated that she wanted the "blue snow white dress at da store please"........And I couldn't and didn't say 'No'. Now we have two new dressups and Lil' is loving everyday. Now the hair you are seeing in a couple of these pictures is a different story. Lilly's hair is thin (there aren't very many indivdual strands) but coarse (each strand feels like horse hair) and let's not forget the lack of growth we are experiencing but so desperately need with that unruly natural curl. Although, if you were to spend any amount of time with Lilly you would see the hair fits her.
Your modern-day 1950's family. There's, Nate, man of the house, priesthood holder, bread-winner, and accomplished entreprenuer/ fisherman/hunter. Jen, the young, housewife/mother of two who loves her job, keeping a clean house, and being able to do what she wants when she wants in between keeping shirts starched and lawns mowed. Lilly is our divine free spirited little girl of 5 1/2 years. She attracts people, compliments, and smiles with her good looks and vibrant personality everywhere we go. She is smart, kind, loving, thoughtful, and talented. She likes golfing with her dad, playing with her sister, dancing, painting, and is excited for kindergarten this year! Megan is 2 1/2 years old. Meg has a spunky personality and tells you like it is. She loves animals, her blankie, her mimi, and dog Lulu and will tell you her best friend is Lilly. We love each other and take on each new day together. Our family has been blessed since the moment it was started and we couldn't be more grateful to our Father in Heaven.
